I coach with an intuitive presence, open and hard wired to see possibility. I give from the heart and enable others to give voice to their hearts, I support, challenge and stimulate change.

I am a graduate of the Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University and a faculty member with the Destination Leadership Coaching Academy.

My 33+ years as a senior manager in municipal goverment has led me to this exact place, I challenged myself to find "my bold".  To do, what for me mattered; to empower and coach individuals or teams in a way that brings simplicity, focus and pragmatism to building strength, control and assurance.
