She has worked in organizations such as INDEBANK Malawi, LOITA Bank Malawi (now Ecobank), GIZ Malawi, Anglo American Corporation, South Africa, CDI Africa Coaching Group, Kenya. Her robust track record in designing and delivering high-impact leadership development and coaching programmes are testament to her expertise.
Tamala is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF Registered Mentor Coach, specializing in Executive Leadership Coaching and Group and Team Coaching. She is also a Leadership Emotional Intelligence Performance Accelerator (LEIPA) Facilitator and Coach-Trainer.
