Coaching Elements:

  • Pre-work: Complete two (2) initial online self-assessments
  • Pre-work: Complete Coaching Client In-Take Profile
  • Discovery Session: Initial session to explore the coaching process and establish the coaching agreement
  • Intake Session: Explore Client Profile and establish the client coaching goals
  • Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions: Two (2) 1-hour sessions monthly over a 12-month timeframe
  • Additional Assessments/Client Exercise Debriefs: Will be incorporated during coaching sessions aligned to client goals
  • Quarterly Evaluation: Debrief and evaluate coaching milestones and successes on quarterly basis
  • Total Hours: Total of twenty-four (24) hours
